From start to finish, Giza roofing solutions exceeded our expectations.
After Hurricane Ian, we unfortunately contracted with another roofer who told me that they have the "best metal crew in Florida". They performed a sloppy, horrible injustice to our home.
After the other contractor was fired, we contracted with Giza Roofing after I saw what a great job they had done on my neighbor's home. Peter Giza came to our house to check the job out. He was knowledgeable, professional, and able to point out a multitude of issues that the other company had created. He didn't promise us the world, but he did emphasize that his company could do better.
When his crew commenced work, the difference was exceptional. Pete, the project manager was on site for most of the project. He was communicative and really treated our house like it was his own. The installation crew (Ivan and the guys) really have an eye for detail, and they know how to properly work with metal. The difference in the quality and craftsmanship was substantial. Being in construction myself, I found it comforting that they were able to point out and fix any issue before I had to mention it. My property was left very clean at the end of every day.
The process went quickly, professionally, and the end result was a roof that we will never have to worry about again. Also, it looks a thousand time better than what the other contractor had attempted to leave me with.
If 10 stars was and option, I would select that!

Giza roofing was a top-notch company to work with from start to finish. The owner Peter was incredibly friendly and accommodating to our needs and offered very fair pricing for our replacement roof and gutters. His team of professionals worked like ninjas on our project, making sure all surfaces, including the pool and lanai were protected during their workday. His crew was able to complete our roof in just 2 days and the gutters in less than one day. Finished product...outstanding! Giza roofing did a great job on our new metall roof in terra-cotta color. It started with good advise and reliable information, starting the work fast and timely in the aftermath of IAN. I had a excellent experience with Giza Roof Solutions. From the owner, Peter, to the field supervisor, Peter, their commitment to professionalism and efficiency was truly impressive. They maintained excellent communication throughout the project.

What amazed me the most was their speed – they completed the tear-off and re-shingling of my roof in just one day. The final inspection was promptly done the following day, and a wind mitigation assessment on the day after that. The crew was not only fast but also incredibly efficient.

Furthermore, they took care of the cleanup meticulously, leaving no mess behind. Before they left, they made sure I was completely satisfied with their work. It's reassuring to know that they are a family-owned and operated company, as it translated to a personal touch and top-quality service. I must also add that the quality of the shingles they used is second to none.
